“Masa” means a “a gathering in Spanish.

La Masa means a "place to gather" in Spanish and this is what we strive for. The restaurant was designed and built by the hands of the owner and staff to forge a warm atmosphere where friends, families and new acquaintances could gather.

We call up an image of “Marisquería” a seafod restaurant, and go to the market everyday to select seafood carefully. That’s why La Masa’s menu is special of the day, and seafood and other menu are fresh!

We compose the plate and the menu with an awareness of the cooking method that can extract the taste of the ingredients of each season to the fullest. Even if you are new to the Spanish food, you can taste all of our food well, so please come and enjoy our small Spanish space.

Our chef who knows the real Spanish taste cooks, that’s why our customer can taste the real Spanish cooking. The seafood which is checked and purchased is absolutely Fresh!! We make much of a sense of the season, and try to put our best to serve the dish which uses the taste of the ingredients. With enjoy talking to our customer, we serve simple and warm dish.

You can enjoy seasonal contents like the ingredients from Kamigamo (Kyoto), outlying sea, river with a focus on seafood.

We study the wine that matches our cuisine with wine makers in Spain. With the wine maker,
we deliver a wonderful grape story and a wonderful wine to your table. To be able to chose the wine that matches meal, we have a ripe wine for you lined up.
